Having animals around can provide stress relief. Studies have shown that petting a cute animal reduces stress levels in just a few minutes.

While it may not seem so, some settings and actitivites may cause more stress than you realize. Playing video games may seem like a great way to relax and have fun, but spending hours a day on these games means that you won't have enough time to do everything else that you need to do. This is vital time that could have been devoted to much healthier activities such as eating or sleeping.
