Spineone Patient Review

By Jerome J Hoffman

Jerome Hoffman was a patient at SpineOne in Denver, CO. He was violently rear-ended in an automobile accident in 2012 and needed help for acute back and neck pain.

The treatment plan devised by the physician that Jerome saw included three main areas - muscle relaxer medicine, PT work done at the SpineOne Rehab Center, and 3 minimally invasive injections that were intended to "kick-start" the healing process - the injections had both steroids to assist in healing and an anesthesia to help with the pain.

It took Jerome 2 months before he was feeling confident about the strength of his back and neck. After 4 months, he discontinued the medication and finished the last of the 3 targeted injections. He went to physical Therapy 2-3 times a week, where the focus was strengthening his core and teaching him how to do exercises on his own. The Physical therapist that he worked with was diligent about making sure that Jerome did his "homework" every week. After 6 months, Jerome was happy to report that he was "pain-free" and no longer had back pain. Or neck pain.

As Jerry mentions in the SpineOne Patient Review , the things he really liked about SpineOne was that everything is underneath one roof. He did his MRI at SpineOne, his injections were done at SpineOne, and his physical therapy started and finished at SpineOne. SpineOne's offices are just 4 blocks west of Yosemite on park meadows drive in Lone Tree, Colorado. Jerry also says that he especially like how great the staff was - friendly and helpful!

SpineOne appreciates the video testimonial that Jerome gave and we are extremely pleased that he is now living pain-free. If you, or someone you care about, is experiencing back or neck pain, please give us a call at and schedule an appointment with one of our spine specialists medical physicians. We can help you, or that person, get started on the road to recovery.

By Anita Ortega A Degrading disease is normally unwelcome and many people cannot come into terms with having to grapple with one. Children who go through such experiences end up being neglected and mistreated. A condition like cerebral palsy leaves the child without proper coordination of muscles and movement becomes a nightmare. If not checked, even death is a possible result. To assist these young ones, cerebral palsy support groups for parents should be encouraged. In order to meet others with the same need and communally explore ways of getting help, people should not overlook the need for this kind of a social circus. Sometimes you feel you are alone until you meet other people, some who are even worse than you. There are health specialists and researchers who would like to work with mothers and give them basic skills that can help. An example is massaging which has been proven by research to reduce anxiety. When one is committed, then they can easily come up with a f...
