Adjust Your Mentality For Online Personal Training

By Kyle Heier

Online personal training can revolutionize the way that we currently think about personal trainers. currently, it would be a fair statement to say personal trainers seem like a luxury item for people looking to get in shape. Given The cost of personal trainers, this is not far from the truth. Online personal training is on track to throw that old mentality out the window while bringing great fitness to everyone, everywhere.

So why exactly do people shy away from personal trainers?

Who has the time for them?

That is correct. How much time do people have in the day already, and then add another thing to your schedule. People love their convenience, and will pay for it. Thankfully, an online personal trainer would cost a fraction of the amount of that of a traditional personal trainer.

What are the benefits for me?

This is an exceedingly reasonable concern. After all, you are in this to better yourself, and you want to make sure your investment is only going to provide the best results for you. Some can be skeptical in terms of what a personal trainer can do for them that they cannot do for themselves. In reality, a personal trainer can actually do quite a lot more for someone no matter the level of experience of the individual. Online personal trainers have the added benefit of increased communication and tools at their disposal. There are always going to be questions, a good online personal trainer is going to keep themselves readily available to answer those questions. You want to get the most out of your trainer as you can to get the best results.

I don't like the pain!

Personal trainers in general are adept at calculating whether their clients are over working themselves, or whether they are on a good pace. An online personal trainer has quite a few tools at their disposal to ensure that they are getting the correct information from the client in order to get them a personalized fitness program best suited for them. Fitness is not all about the pain as many would think. It is much more about the results and being in control of your body. Once you get to that point, the pain is merely a reminder that reaching your goals feels so good!

So why an online personal trainer in particular?

Again, it is the matter of time and convenience. An online personal trainer can communicate with you on a number of levels. Good ones will try to be available at all times. While an online personal trainer will not be there physically, they utilize their tools so it won't feel that they have to be. Personal trainers is comprised of the ability to motivate, educate, and hold one accountable. These elements are easily translated in an online environment.

What is more important than anything throughout your personalized fitness program? Motivation. It is hard enough to take on a task that you are unsure of. It is even harder to take it on and see it through if you are not motivated to do so. The great thing about online personal training is that it constantly injects the need to self motivate. Your trainer will always be there to hold you accountable and provide a fair degree of motivation, but you are in the drivers seat. You need to adjust your mentality and set your motivation on overdrive. Believe in yourself, and you will succeed.

Spineone Patient Review

By Jerome J Hoffman Jerome Hoffman was a patient at SpineOne in Denver, CO. He was violently rear-ended in an automobile accident in 2012 and needed help for acute back and neck pain. The treatment plan devised by the physician that Jerome saw included three main areas - muscle relaxer medicine, PT work done at the SpineOne Rehab Center, and 3 minimally invasive injections that were intended to "kick-start" the healing process - the injections had both steroids to assist in healing and an anesthesia to help with the pain. It took Jerome 2 months before he was feeling confident about the strength of his back and neck. After 4 months, he discontinued the medication and finished the last of the 3 targeted injections. He went to physical Therapy 2-3 times a week, where the focus was strengthening his core and teaching him how to do exercises on his own. The Physical therapist that he worked with was diligent about making sure that Jerome did his "homework" eve...
